The key will be automatically installed by the Android Market application. When the installation completes it will be listed as "phoneAlarm Key" in "Manage Applications" list of the device "Settings".
phoneAlarm just checks if phoneAlarm Unlock Key is installed and then activates the extended alarm repeat options.
