This app uses Instagram to deliver an always updating group of photos of your favorite female anime characters. Browse the photos using the index and select the anime image of your choice. When you find an image you like, you can use an option in the Action Bar to set the image as your wallpaper. A great app for Otakus looking for pictures of their favorite cute anime girls.
