how was the sound quality, when it came through your email, because the one I just did sounded pretty rough?

Well first you need to find the ringtone you want then you go to save to pc after you do that it will take you to anouther page and it says something like click here and you click there and it says open or save you put save and save it into new folder name the ringtone. Then go to your email and type in your phone number@vzwpix.com (this only works for verizon phones) and attach a file when u attach a file you have to find the one you saved it in which is new folder then u click on it and it will load then u send it. It will come to your phone from your email. If you do not have picture messaging this will cost. I have no idea if you have to have internet or not for this but i do have internet so it doesnt cost anything to get a message from email. But you can check with your local verizon store about any issues or questions or you can call costomer service. I hope this helps. Sorry if it is confusing. I just didnt word everything right.
